Runes

Runes are items you can equip to your heroes once you promote them. The higher the promotion, the more rune slots you unlock.

There are 8 types of Runes (Assault, Vigor, Ward, Robust, Swift, Resoulte, Rage, Bless), each of them comes in 5 levels (I, II, III, IV, V), and each of this levels has 5 grades (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary); ie, Legendary Assault Rune I, Legendary Assault Rune II, Legendary Assault Rune III...

As gems and materials, runes can be fused to raise their grade. Every 4 items of the same grade can be fused to get 1 of the next grade.

You can equip max 5 runes per hero, all of one type or of different types, one of each level. Common Heroes can't be equiped with runes. Uncommon heroes have spot for levels I and II. Rare, Epic and Legendary Heroes have spot for levels I, II, III, IV and V.

If you equip the same type of rune in more than one slot, you will get an extra bonus. There are bonus if you equip the same rune in 2 slots, and another extra bonus if you equip the same rune in all the 5 slots. This bonus for equiping in more than one slot don't excludes the bonus you get for each rune in each slot. As stated, it is extra.

Which Rune to Equip?[]

Player hint: You need to have DEF heroes and ATK heroes. Check Rune boost and how this is going to correspond to Hero’s Stats. Equip runes that will boost that hero strongest stat. Watch the battle to see which heroes are attacked first - those are better to be DMG heroes. Go then for a full DEF hero, and 2 hard DMG Ranged.

Assault Rune

I: Hero Def + 1.75% (common) / 5% (uncommon) / 8.75% (rare) / 12.5% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

II: Hero CRIT DMG + 0.75% (common) / 2.25% (uncommon) / 4.5% (rare) / 6.75% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero CRIT Rate + 0.6% (common) / 1% (uncommon) / 2% (rare) / 4% (epic) / Hero CRIT Rate + 10% and Hero CRIT DMG + 10% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / 2% (uncommon) / 5% (rare) / 7% (epic) / Hero ATK +20%, Hero DEF +15%, Hero ATK +25% (legendary)

Bonus: x2 Hero ATK + 15% / x5 Use Hero Skill: ATK + 30% when HP is below 50%


Vigor Rune

I: Hero Def + 1.75% (common) / 5% (uncommon) / 8.75% (rare) / 12.5% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

II: Hero Block Amount + 1.5% (common) / 3% (uncommon) / 6% (rare) / 9% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero Block Rate + 0.8% (common) / 1.4% (uncommon) / 2.7% (rare) / 5% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero Block Amount + 10% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / 2% (uncommon) / Hero ATK + 5% and Hero DEF + 15% (rare) / Hero ATK + 7% and Hero DEF + 15% (epic) / Hero ATK + 20%, Hero DEF + 15% and Hero HP + 30% (legendary)

Bonus: x2 Activated Hero HP + 30% / x5 Use Hero Skill: DEF + 15% for deployed troops



Ward Rune

II: Hero Block Amount + 1.5% (common) / 3% (uncommon) / 6% (rare) / 9% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero Block Rate + 0.8% (common) / 1.4% (uncommon) / 2.7% (rare) / 5% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero Block Amount + 10% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / Hero ATK + 2% (uncommon) /  Hero ATK + 5% and Hero HP + 15% (rare) / Hero ATK + 7% and Hero HP + 15% (epic) / Hero ATK + 20%, Hero HP + 15% and Hero DEF + 30% (legendary)

Robust Rune

II: Hero CRIT DMG + 0.75% (common) / 2.25% (uncommon) / 4.5% (rare) / 6.75% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero Block Rate + 0.8% (common) / 1.4% (uncommon) / 2.7% (rare) / 5% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero DEF + 15% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / Hero ATK + 2% (uncommon) / Hero ATK + 5% and Hero HP + 15% (rare) / Hero ATK + 7% and Hero HP + 15% (epic) / Hero ATK + 20%, Hero HP + 15% and Herp Block Rate + 15% (legendary)

Swift Rune

Resolute Rune

II: Hero Block Amount + 1.5% (common) / 3% (uncommon) / 6% (rare) / 9% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero Block Rate + 0.8% (common) / 1.4% (uncommon) / 2.7% (rare) / 5% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero DEF + 15% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

Bonus: x2 Hero Block Amount + 35% / x5 Use Hero Skill: negate DMG for 3 seconds


Rage Rune

II: Hero CRIT DMG + 0.75% (common) / 2.25% (uncommon) / 4.5% (rare) / 6.75% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero CRIT Rate + 0.6% (common) / 1% (uncommon) / 2% (rare) / 4% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero DEF + 15% (legendary)

IV: Hero CRIT DMG + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / 2% (uncommon) / 5% (rare) / 7% (epic) / Hero ATK +20%, Hero CRIT DMG +20%, Hero ATK + 10% (legendary)

Bonus: x2 Hero CRIT DMG + 20% / x5 Use Hero Skill: reduce target DEF by CRIT DMG


Bless Rune

II: Hero CRIT DMG + 0.75% (common) / Hero CRIT DMG + 2.25% (uncommon) / Hero CRIT DMG + 4.5% (rare) / Hero CRIT DMG + 6.75% (epic) / Hero CRIT DMG + 15% (legendary)

III: Hero CRIT Rate + 0.6% (common) / Hero CRIT Rate + 1% (uncommon) / Hero CRIT Rate + 2% (rare) / Hero CRIT Rate + 4% (epic) / Hero CRIT Rate + 10% and Hero CRIT DMG + 10% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / 3.75% (uncommon) / 7.5% (rare) / 11.25% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / 2% (uncommon) / 5% (rare) / 7% (epic) / Hero ATK +20%, Hero ATK +10%, Hero DEF +30% (legendary)

Bonus: x2 Hero CRIT Rate + 15% / x5 Use Hero Skill: poison target on hit (get Magic DEF buff)


Thorn Rune

I: Hero Def + 1.75% (common) / 5% (uncommon) / 8.75% (rare) / 12.5% (epic) / 25% (legendary)

II: Hero Block Amount + 1.5% (common) / 3% (uncommon) / 6% (rare) / 9% (epic) / 15% (legendary)

III: Hero Block Rate + 0.8% (common) /  Hero Block Rate + 1.4% (uncommon) / Hero Block Rate + 2.7% (rare) / Hero Block Rate + 5% (epic) / Hero Block Rate + 10% and Hero Block Amount + 10% (legendary)

IV: Hero HP + 1.25% (common) / Hero HP + 3.75% (uncommon) / Hero HP + 7.5% (rare) / Hero HP + 11.25% (epic) / Hero HP + 25% (legendary) / 

V: Hero ATK + 0.6% (common) / Hero ATK + 2% (uncommon) / Hero ATK + 5% and Hero Block Rate + 5%(rare) / Hero ATK + 7% and Hero Block Rate + 5% (epic) / Hero ATK + 20%, Hero Block Rate + 5% and Hero HP + 30% (legendary) /
