"The life of Beastkin revolves around combat. In a cruel tradition, young beastkin were pitted against one another in an arena of death. Many were orphans - offspring of the fighters killed in previous bouts. One fateful day, an orphan rose to fame. he rallied the others to defeat every member of the reigning family. His name was Omar. He battled, he won, and his legend grew. While returning from a conquest, an Ifrit ambushed Omar and his band, torching anything that it slashed. After a deadly spar, Omar landed a swing on the demon's leg. As it fell to one knee, Omar roared to his kin to charge. The beastkins' bloodlust grew with every hack, their wounds forgotten. Omar smirked to himself for winning his toughest fight yet. With a clean swing of his axe, he removed the Ifrit's head and slung it behind his back. None can deny that he is a royal beastkin now."
